The Ministry of Environment has a backlog of pesticide user and vendor licence applications.

If your licence expires April 1 and you have already applied for your new licence, you may continue to use or sell pesticides until the end of April. If you have not received your new licence by the end of April, please contact us at (250) 387-9502.
